Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of ReplyAI, a service operated by TroveDeck Solution, a company registered in Malaysia ("we", "us", "ReplyAI"). By creating an account or otherwise using the service at replyai.trovedeck.com, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

ReplyAI helps small and medium businesses manage replies to their Google Business Profile reviews. It fetches your unreplied reviews via Google APIs (with your consent), generates AI-written reply drafts in the reviewer's language, and — when you approve — posts those replies back to Google on your behalf.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind the business you represent. You must own or be authorised to manage the Google Business Profile locations you connect.

4. Account and security

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe.
• You must tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
• You are responsible for actions taken under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You may not, and must not allow anyone else to:

• Use ReplyAI to publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, deceptive, or that impersonates another party
• Auto-generate replies containing false claims about products or services
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service
• Use ReplyAI for Google Business Profiles you do not own or manage
• Resell or sublicense the service without our written permission

You remain responsible for every reply published under your account, including drafts you approve. ReplyAI provides suggestions; you decide what goes live.

6. AI-generated content

Reply drafts are produced by third-party language models. Drafts may contain errors, inaccuracies, or phrasing that does not reflect your brand. We strongly recommend reviewing every draft before publishing. By clicking Post, you confirm the content is accurate and appropriate.

7. Fees and billing

• ReplyAI is a subscription service at USD $9.90 per month, charged in advance.
• Billing is handled by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change fees on 30 days' notice; you can cancel before the change takes effect.

8. Intellectual property

• You retain all rights to content you provide (brand tone settings, your own reply edits, your reviews).
• We retain all rights to the ReplyAI software, website, design, and marks.
• You grant us a limited licence to process your content as needed to run the service.

9. Third-party services

ReplyAI relies on Google APIs, Supabase, Stripe, Groq, Google Gemini, Vercel, Cloudflare, and Resend. Your use of ReplyAI is also subject to those providers' terms where they apply to the data we pass through them. Outages or changes in these services may affect ReplyAI.

10. Termination

• You can close your account at any time from inside the app or by emailing [email protected].
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or fail to pay.
• On termination we delete your data per our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer

ReplyAI is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated drafts will always be suitable. We are not responsible for how any reply you publish is perceived by your customers, or for changes Google makes to its APIs.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or goodwill.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify TroveDeck Solution from any claim arising out of content you publish through ReplyAI or your breach of these Terms.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country require otherwise.
